INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTING CONFERENCE ATTENDEES AND SPEAKERS
Instructions for presenting conference attendees and speakers
These instructions will ensure we have everything required so your paper can move through peer review, production and publication smoothly. Please take the time to read and follow them as closely as possible.
Authors should submit all files in electronic form to (email@example.com).
Email attachments are preferred. All papers submitted should be electronically sent in Microsoft Word format using the IJCSS template, which can be downloaded from the right column (here). Please read the „guidelines for authors“ carefully for detailled information regarding the correct format of writing. Submitted papers will be rejected if they do not follow these guidelines
The abstract must not exceed 300 words and it must summarize the paper, giving a clear indication of why the work was undertaken (Introduction), the methodology, a summary of the results and discussion, and the conclusions it contains.

Call for papers:
- 1st 12 months before conference
- 2nd 10 months before conference
- Last call 6 months before conference
Deadline for abstract submission: 5 months before conference
Author notifications on acceptance: 4 months before conference
